1. INTRODUCTION
Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) intends to put in place an open contract for the provision of Electrical Power for NAOC Land Area, Swamp Area and Port Harcourt Operational Areas. The proposed open contract shall cover a period of three (3) years, plus tow (2) optional extension of one (1) year each.
