1. INTRODUCTION
The Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) is the Government organ with the Statutory mandate for the Strategic Planning and Co-ordination of National Policies in the field of Energy in all ramification to ensure adequate, reliable, cost-effective and sustainable energy in all its ramification to ensure adequate, reliable, cost effective and sustainable energy supply of nation’s economic and socio-political development. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the commission wishes to undertake the procurement of works, goods and services under the 2023 capital projects.
