BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE
The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received a loan from the Africa Development Bank (AfDB) towards the construction of the Ebonyi State Ring RoadProject and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for the Supervision of the civil works. The execution of the Civil Works has been going on under the supervision of a temporary engineer appointed until a consulting firm is procured to carry out the services to completion.
