1. INTRODUCTION
Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) is the operator of the joint venture Partnership between Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation E&P Limited (NEPL), Oando Hydrocarbon Limited and NAOC. The company operates in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to her operations by mitigating any negative impacts from her activities; NAOC intends to put in place Open contracts for the Cleanup of Oil Spills the in land, Swamp, near shore, coastal/offshore areas of NAOC locations.
