1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan of USD$60 Million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Project-Niger Delta (LIFE-ND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of Agricultural inputs and related services under this program.
