1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states (namely Abia, Akwa Iboms, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogis, Kwara, Ondos, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Osun) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of 65.25km Backlog Maintenance/Rehabilitation works in Kogi State. This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA) French Development Agency and Kogi State Government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
