1. INTRODUCTION
The Women’s Board-Educational Cooperation Society (WB-ECS) whose head office is at 75, Adisa Bashua Street, Surulere, Lagos has received a grant from the African Union Development Agency AUDA-NEPAD with financing from the German Government through KfW in the form of a financial contribution for the Construction of the Wavecrest Hospitality Skills and Enterprise Development Centre of Excellence hereinafter called “The project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract.
