1. INTRODUCTION
Upper Niger River Basin Development Authority (UBRBDA) is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources saddled with the responsibility of harnessing and developing both surface and underground water resources for multipurpose use. In line with its mandate and in furtherance of the goals of the Federal Government as it relates to economic diversification, poverty reduction and job creation, the authority wishes to procure, Works, Goods and Services in the financial year, 2024.
