1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the National Blood Service Commission (NBSC), an Agency of the Federal Ministry of Health, in the 2024 Appropriation Act for the financial year 2024 for the procurement of Goods, Works and Services for the execution of its policies, programme, and projects towards achieving the mandate of the commission.
