1. INTRODUCTION
The National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) intends to execute projects as contained in the 2024 Appropriation Act, in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and other extant guidelines on the award of contracts in the Federal Public Service. To achieve this, the commission hereby invites experienced and competent contractors, suppliers and service providers to participate in the bidding process in any areas listed in the table below.
