The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (“the fund” or “IFAD” ) towards the cost of Special Agro–Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) program(“the client” or procuring entity”), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of consulting services, for which REOI is issued.
