PUBLIC REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AND INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MINISTRY’S CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR 2024
1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI), in the 2024 Capital Appropriation Act, for the procurement Of Consultancy Services, Works and Goods, aimed at achieving the Core Mandate of the Ministry.
In compliance with the fundamental Principles of Public Procurement, as prescribed by the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Ministry invites interested, eligible and experienced consulting firms, bidders/suppliers of proven competence, to submit expression of interest (EOI), or tendering documents for the following consultancy services assignment, works and goods:
