GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
The federal republic of Nigeria has received a loan of US$60 million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the livelihood improvement family enterprise project Niger delta (LIFE-ND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, and consulting/non-consulting services to be procured under the program.
