1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Education Obudu, Cross River State is a Federal Government owned Teacher-Educational Institution. The College in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extant government regulation intends to undertake the Procurement of Works, Goods and Services for the implementation of year 2024 TETFUND PROJECTS following the allocation of funds.
