1. INTRODUCTION
Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN) Unlimited, Operator of NNPC/ MPN Joint Venture. MPN are hereinafter referred to as Company. Company plan to engage the services of competent and qualified firms to supply various petroleum products to support her offshore and onshore operations. The anticipated contract term is for a primary period of five (5) years plus two (2) years optional extension.
