1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Rural Development has received financing from the World Bank and French Development Agency (AFD) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating state (Namely Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Osun) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Implementation of Backlog Maintenance/Rehabilitationof 17.98km Rural Roads Phase 2 in Ogun State. This contract will be financed by the International Development Association (IDA) and French Development Agency (AFD) and Ogun State Government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Banks Procurement Regulations.
