1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Niger delta development wishes to undertake the implementation of some of its capital; projects in the FY2024 appropriation act and thereby invites reputable contractors/suppliers with relevant and proven competence and experience to submit expressions of interest (EOI) and bids as applicable, for the execution of the following procurements:
