NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FROM PROSPECTIVE DEVELOPERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NAMA RESIDENTIAL ESTATE AT FAGGE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF KANO STATE, NIGERIA

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN), through the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (“NAMA”), has received an unsolicited proposal to develop a residential estate with associated infrastructure on its land along Jaba Fanisau Road, off Airport Road, Fagge Local Government Area in Kano State. The proposed site is an undeveloped plot of land measuring about 14.4901 hectares belonging to NAMA.
Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (“NAMA”) in compliance with the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (“ICRC”) Establishment Act 2005 seeks qualified private developers to undertake the development of a residential estate with the associated infrastructure. NAMA invites interested firms and/or consortia of firms to participate in the qualification process for the selection of Challenges through a Swiss Challenge Method for the “Development of NAMA” residential estate.
