INTRODUCTION:

The BORNO STATE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, on behalf of the borno state government through the Basic Healthcare Provision Fund (BHCPF) has received the cost of improving the primary healthcare services in selected local government areas of the state and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the revitalization of 5 primary healthcare facilities in 5 local government areas of borno state.
