INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A TRANSACTION ADVISER FOR THE REHABILITATION, RE-EQUIPPING AND UPGRADING OF SIX SELECTED FEDERAL TEACHING HOSPITALS

1. INTRODUCTION
The federal government of Nigeria through the federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare is desirous of entering into a public-private partnership arrangement with a service provider for the rehabilitation, re-equipping and upgrading of six selected federal teaching hospitals tagged the 3rd phase federal government/CPL medical group limited special presidential intervention projects in the tertiary health sector.
OBC compliance certificate has been granted by the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) and the Federal Executive Council (FEC) has granted approval for the engagement of a transaction advisor to review/develop the full business case for the project.
