INTRODUCTION: 

The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Sokoto State Government has received a Credit/financing from the World Bank towards the cost of IMPACT project and include to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments under the contract for the procurement of hospital equipment for one hundred and sixteen (116) selected public health centers in sokoto state.
