PREAMBLE
The Government of Jigawa State in its effort to increase access to potable water supply in small towns, wishes to embark, through the Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (STOWA), on improvement of water supply schemes in small towns across the State. The Agency therefore, invites tenders from reputable Civil Engineering contractors to bid for the proposed construction of 19no. complete solar powered water supply schemes in 19no. Small Towns across the State.
