1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds in the 2025 Appropriation to the Nigerian Integrated Water Resources Management. In pursuit of its mandate, the Commission desires to utilize part of the funds to procure Goods, Works and Services.
