1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Agriculture Ishiagu, Ebonyi State, in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement the Colleges 2025 Capital Intervention Capital and Zonal Intervention Projects.
