1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Urban Water Sector Reform and Akure Water Supply and Sanitation Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of the loan to payments under a contract for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. The Consultant will be responsible for establishing and operating the project monitoring and evaluation system for effective monitoring of project processes, activities, outputs, outcomes/impacts to the Project Implementation Unit of Ondo State Water Corporation for an initial period of 2 years.
