The Federal Government of Nigeria has secured a loan from the African Development Bank towards Ekiti Knowledge Zone Project (EKZ). The project site is located between Ago Araromi in Ado Local Government Area and Ijan Ekiti in Gbonyin Local Government Area in Ekiti State. The Project intends to apply a portion of the loan for the engagement of a qualified Advisory Firm with expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), investor mobilization, and SPV operationalization. The selected firm will support the development of a sustainable investment framework, facilitate private sector engagement, and establish a robust Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to drive the downstream design, investments, and operations of EKZ.
