1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement the College YEAR 2025 TETFUND INTERVENTION TAKE-OFF PROJECTS.
