The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS Commission) has received financing from its development partners to support the implementation of some of its integration and intervention programs and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of Assurance Services in accordance with the compliance requirements on the Financing Agreements signed with the World Bank and the ECOWAS Commission’s internal rules, policies and procedures, and in line with the implementation of the projects. This service is different from the yearly project external audit. The engagement shall be performed on a quarterly basis as per project needs and on semi-annual basis for the period ending 30th June and 31 December respectively for each of the above projects.
