REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF A FIRM FOR CONSULTING/AUDIT.

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) was established by The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund Law, 2016, to provide financial support to residents of Lagos State, for job, wealth creation and to tackle unemployment. The LSETF maintains a whistle-blowing platform through a third-party to enable the public to report any observed unethical behavior or perceived embezzlement either by the staff of the LSETF, its partners/vendors or the management of the LSETF. Consequently, the LSETF now invites proposals from independent third-party firms in order to achieve the folowing objectives; the key objective of this engagement is to enable the public to report any observed unethical behavior or perceived embezzlement either by the staff of the LSETF, its partners/vendors or the management of the LSETF itself and to enable the LSETF to investigate the same and take appropriate disciplinary actions
