PREAMBLE:
The Edo State Ministry of Youth and Special Duties on behalf of the Edo State Government is constructing twenty (20) Mini Stadia across the 18 Local Government Areas of the State. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders in line with sections 20 and 21 of tine Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 and paragraph 39 – 43 of the Edo State Procurement Procedures. Consequently, the Ministry of Youth and Special Duties hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who wish to bid for the projects.
