INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Lagos International Trade Fair Complex Management Board, a Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMIT&I), in fulfilment of its statutory mandate and strict compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, as well as other applicable government regulations, hereby announces its intention to execute capital projects under its 2025 Appropriation. These projects will be undertaken through the procurement of Works, in line with the approved budgetary provisions and procurement guidelines.
Accordingly, the Board hereby invites interested, competent, and reputable contractors to submit bids for the execution of the following projects:
