1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrade of Tungan Mallam, Mariga and Malagi Livestock Markets in Niger State. Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
