1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Establishment of Solar Powered Automated Chicken Processing and Packaging Facility for Cluster of Poultry Processors in Niger State. Procurement process will be governed by
the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
