1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has secured a facility from the African Development Bank (the Bank) to implement a five-year Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) Program Phase I (SAPZ-I) in five (5) partnership State participating states of Kaduna, Oyo, Cross River, Imo and Ogun State intends to apply part of the agreed amount to finance payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for Design and Supervision of the construction of the 2 Agricultural Transformation Centres ATC 1: Technology Park, Ijebu- Ife town – Ijebu Mushin – Esure – Sagamu-Benin Express way, ATC 2: Imasayi – Sawonjo Farm Settlement, Sawonjo, and 32 km Connecting Roads in Ogun State of Nigeria.
