The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Education has received a Credit Facility from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the IDEAS Project and intends to apply part of the funds to finance the engagement of a third-party monitoring firm for the IDEAS/TVET initiative. IDEAS Project is a joint World Bank and the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Education with the aim of increasing youth employment and income generation, particularly among those aged 15-35 years who are not employed, in education or training, or who are underemployed or under-skilled.
