The ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES COMMISSION obtained for the year 2025 an allocation from the investment’s budget in order to finance the procurement of various works of rehabilitation of the ECOWAS Residence in Lagos to a training and conference center and intends to use part of this allocation to make payments under this Contract.
