1. INTRODUCTION
Seplat Energy Producing Nigeria Unlimited (hereafter referred to as “Company”) for itself, and as Operator of its Joint Venture with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, invites interested buyers to participate in the sale of used airplanes [see specifications below] – along with associated spare parts. The airplanes are presently housed at an aviation hangar in Lagos, Nigeria, while the spare parts are currently stored in QIT, Akwa Ibom State. Shortlisted buyers will be formally invited for a detailed physical inspection and a review of technical and other relevant documentation.
