1. INTRODUCTION
1.1The Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning in furtherance of its statutory mandate intends to carry out the implementation of its Special Intervention Programme on Flooding for the financial year 2025 in compliance to the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007.
