INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

1. INTRODUCTION: The Federal Housing Authority (FHA), a parastatal of the Federal Government of Nigeria under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, is desirous to comission its BWARI Housing Estate by March 2026, by undertaking the Completion of some of it’s uncompleted Housing Units and Linkage Roads at its Bwari site under its 2025 Financial Year (Internally Generated Revenue) budget. Consequently, in strict compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Authority invites interested, competent, and reputable Contractors with relevant experience and proven track records to submit their documents for Prequalification.
