The Kogi State Ministry of Water Resources (MOWR), based in Lokoja, is responsible for managing and regulating water resources for sustainable development and public benefit in the state. This includes and not limited to form and implementing policies, projects and programmes that ensures access to safe and sufficient water for diverse uses while also protecting the environment. In accordance with the Kogi State Public Procurement Law 2020, the ministry invites reputable and experienced consultants to submit proposals for Consultancy Services.
