1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has provisions in the Financial Year (FY) 2025 FCT Statutory Appropriation Act for the Supply of Goods and Non-Consultancy Services for the Secretariats, Departments and Agencies (SDAs). Accordingly, in line with the Public Procurement Act, 2007 competent and interested Companies are hereby invited to submit Technical and Financial bids for Goods and Non-Consultancy Services.
