1.0 BACKGROUND
1.0 This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this programme that appeared in African Development Bank Group Internet Website (www.afdb.org) of 2nd October, 2025.
1.1 The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) in various currencies towards the cost of implementing the Yobe State Environmental and Climate Action Project (ECCAP) in the 17 Local Government Areas (LGA). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the development of Baseline and Establishment of Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation System.
