1. Background
1.0 This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this programme that appeared in African Development Bank Group Internet Website (www.afdb.org) of 2nd October 2025.

1.1 The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) in various currencies towards the cost of implementing the Yobe State Environmental and Climate Action Project (ECCAP) for Ministry of Environment in the 17 LGAs. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Design and Supervision of nurseries site, sand dunes stabilization site, shelter belt site, oasis rehabilitation site, orchard site, woodlot site, agricultural watershed management schemes with boreholes for each site.
