In Compliance with ICRC Act. 2005 and The National Policy on Public Private Partnerships.
The Nigerian Prisons Service (NPS) through the Federal Ministry of Interior wishes to partner with the private sector to deliver a suite of identified, prioritized and approved Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The project; Aba Shoe Factory, will be delivered under a concession arrangement and fit for purpose PPP model for the project.
