1. INTRODUCTION
Federal University of Environment and Technology Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State intends to provide critical projects through the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) in the year 2026 for Library Development. The proposed projects are part of the University’s efforts to provide a decent and conducive environment for learning and research. The Management of Federal University of Environment and Technology Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, in pursuance of its mandate, and in line with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007 (as amended), hereby invites all interested, competent/qualified and experienced Contractors to submit bids for the projects named below:
