1.0 INTRODUCTION
SHELL NIGERIA EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SNEPCo) in its role as Operator of the Production Sharing Contract for Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) and other CO-VENTURERS hereby invites reputable and competent Nigerian companies who have duly registered with Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) with proven experience in Provision of Marine Patrol and Security Escort Vessels, listed in the scope of work below, to apply for inclusion into the bid.
Bidders will be expected to demonstrate their capability and capacity to accept and deal with the financial and technical complexities associated with a contract of this magnitude and this evidence will be required in the next stage of this Tender.
