1.0       INTRODUCTION

The WEST AFRICAN CENTER FOR PUBLIC HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT (WACPHD), an affiliate of the University of Manitoba, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving health equity through research, program delivery, technical assistance, and education. We are soliciting quotations for the rental of vehicles to support the implementation of the Integrated Biological and Behavioural Surveillance Survey (IBBSS) Nigeria 2025/2026. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and engage a qualified vendor that can provide reliable transportation for project activities in 12 states.
