(1) Further to the Publication in The Nation of 3rd April, 2018, the Daily Trust of 4th April, 2018 and the Federal Tenders Journal edition of 16th – 29th April, 2018 on the above subject matter, this Addendum has become very necessary to clarify some issues as well as to address some omissions in the Advertisement.
