1. INTRODUCTION
The Adamawa State University, Mubi, in compliance with requirements of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to execute a project under year 2024 Tetfund Annual Intervention. Accordingly interested, experienced and competent contractors with proven track records of accomplishment are invited to submit bids for the execution of the proposed projects;
