1. INTRODUCTION
The African Centre of Excellence on New Pedagogies in Engineering Education (ACENPEE), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria is a Word Bank funded Center with mandate to improve the quality of postgraduate training in the African sub-region. The Centre currently operates from a temporary office accommodation. The Centre however has a window in the Disbursement Linked Indicator (DLI 4.3) of the project to build a permanent structure.
